1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:


Preheat oven to 400º.

In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars.
Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, & salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Add peanut butter. All ingredients should be very well mixed together.
Roll into balls and cross-cross with a fork.
Bake at 400º for 5 -10 minutes.
