⅔ c. miracle whip
⅓ c. flour
2½ c. milk
1 (7 oz) pkg. thin spaghetti (cooked according to directions)
2 c. cooked turkey breast, finely diced (or ¼ lb. deli style turkey)
¾ c. Parmesan cheese, divided
4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. toasted bread crumbs
¼ c. melted butter
1 small jar of pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a heavy skillet, make a paste by combining Miracle Whip, flour and seasonings. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cooked spaghetti, turkey, ½ cup cheese, mushrooms and pimento. Mix lightly. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Drizzle butter on top and add remaining cheese.
Bake about 30 minutes.
