1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, cold
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, cold
1- 4 ounce can diced green chilis
1 bunch green onions
2 small tomatoes, seeded and quartered
3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
6 Tablespoons Mayo
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
3/4 cup sour cream
1 package Taco seasoning
1- 4 ounce can chopped black olives
1 Bag Tortilla chips
Directions:

Mix cheese, diced chilis and set aside. Mince green onion and set aside. Puree avocado, 2 T. mayo and 1 T. lemon juice, set aside. Chop tomatoes and set aside. Mix sour cream, 4 tablespoons mayo and taco seasoning.
Use 8 inch spring form pan. Spray bottom with cooking spray.
Layer: pureed avocado, sour cream mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheeses in a 4 inch circle in the center.

Top Layer: Sprinkle green onion in a 4 inch circle in the center. Sprinkle tomatoes around outer 2 inch of circle. Then sprinkle olives over last outer 1 inch of cake, covering 1 inch of the tomatoes. Remove spring form carefully with bottom of pan on a plate or tray. Surround with tortilla chips in a petal effect.
Refrigerate until use.
