61/2 cups uncooked cauliflower, 3 chopped garlic cloves. 2 Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper, juice from 1/4 lemon, 2 Tbsp parmigiana raggiano freshly grated, 1 Tbsp lemon zest.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450....Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the cauliflower until all the florets are coated and seasoned. Place in a shallow roasting pan and place in the center of the oven. Roast for a out 25-35 minutes, turning and stirring until evenly cooked. Remove from the oven and top with the cheese and lemon zest.
