1½ pounds hamburger meat (extra lean)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
carrots, sliced
onions, sliced
potato rounds, (fresh or frozen)
1 cup cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper. Press meat into bottom of casserole dish.
Next, place a layer of sliced carrots, then sliced onions, on top of the meat.
Pour 1 can of soup over carrots. (soup pours easier when heated)
Then layer sliced potatoes over soup. Pour second can of soup over potatoes.
Bake at 350º for about an hour. Sprinkle cheese of preferrence over casserole
and continue baking 15 minutes.
