Pork Chops
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Saltine crackers
Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Heat about ¼ inch deep oil in pyrex dish.
Crush crackers and add Lawry's Seasoning salt.
Mix seasoning salt & eggs, dip pork chops in egg mixture, then crackers. Place in hot oil. Cook 20 minutes on one side in the oven. Turn meat over and cook about 15 minutes longer(until crust looks done.)
