Cucumber
Firm, ripe tomatoes
White onion
Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Use seedless cucumber or small-to-medium-size pickling cucumbers. Peel if on blood thinner. Slice into thin circles. Chop onion into large "chunk" pieces. Chop tomatoes into cubes. Combine in large mixing bowl and add enough Italian dressing to cover. Toss to coat and cover. Let stand overnight, refrigerated. NOTE: Work in equal amounts of cucumber and tomato ingredients, and half of onion.
