1-1/2 c white granulated sugar
1 c white vinegar
2 c canola oil
1 T (scant) salt
2 cloves minced garlic
Two jars water-packed artichokes, quartered
6 (14.5-oz) cans whole green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 5 ingredients together. Drain the green beans and artichokes; rinse green beans in cold water. Combine in a large bowl and stir in the dressing. Toss to coat and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
