2 dozen large Eggs
Salt and Pepper
1 or 2 packages Bacon
2 cans sliced Mushrooms
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the eggs, scrambling 1 dozen at a time.
2. Fry bacon and crumble into pieces.
3. Place in pan in layers, much like layering lasagna.
- layer of scrambled eggs/salt and pepper
- layer of mushrooms
- layer of bacon
- layer of mushroom soup
- layer of cheese
Repeat layers
4. Bake at 350 degrees in 9x13 dish for 1 hour.
