1/2 pound medium shell pasta
1 stick butter
2 cups (1 pint) Half and Half
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 package frozen chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shell in boiling, salted water. Drain. Cook broccoli. Drain. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Mix everything together over low heat. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Mixture thickens after standing. Reheat before serving.
