2 bags of coleslaw
1½ cups green onions, sliced

3 Tbsp. oil
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles, crushed
½ cup sunflower seeds or sesame seeds
¾ cup sliced almonds


⅓ cup rice vinegar
8 packets Equal
½ cup oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together coleslaw mix and green onions. Brown in 3 T. oil, in a large skillet: Ramen noodles, seeds & almonds.

Mix all together in a very large container.

Blend: rice vinegar, Equal, oil, salt & pepper.

Pour vinegar mixture and stir thoroughly. Better if refrigerated over night.
