Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4-6 cups cooked chicken(chopped, sliced, or diced)
½ cup chopped green onion
2-4 cups chopped Napa Cabbage
5 oz. slivered almonds (lightly toasted)
1 large can Chinese (crisp) noodles
1-2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
1 large can of pineapple tidbits (or chunks, drained)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)

Dressing:
½ cup milk
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Immediately before serving, toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and add dressing. MMMMM!

Serve with a great tasting bread, muffins, or crackers.

Just for your info: The "excellence", of this salad wanes quickly, if the crispy "things" become soggy!

(Optional ingredient: Coconut!)
