1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. cold water
12 to 16 oz. cleaned raw shrimp
dash Tabasco
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 green pepper, shopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown garlic, onion and celery in salad oil very slightly, just until barely tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and all seasons. Simmer uncovered onlow gas heat about 35 - 40 minutes. Stir cornstarch into tsp. water and add to mixture, stirring until mixture starts to thicken. Add green peppers and shrimp and cover. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve over parsley rice.
