1 doz. medium-sized red corncobs
2 qts. water
1 (11 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
3 cups corncob juice
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the corncobs and cut into 4" lengths. Place in container, add 2 quarts water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil slowly for 35 to 40 minutes. Strain the juice. Measure out 3 cups of juices into a large container. Add the powder pectin and bring to the boiling point. Boil for 5 minutes. Skim, pour into sterilized jars or jelly glasses, and seal.
