1 sm. box orange jello
1 cup boiling water
1 sm. pk. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. container (8oz.) Cool Whip
1 cup milk
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can mandarin oranges for topping optional
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as directed. Cool. Take orange jello, and dissolve in boiling water. Add ½ cup cold water. When cake is cooled using fork, poke holes in cake. Pour jello over cake. Mix instant vanilla pudding and milk. Add orange extract and vanilla. Mix in Cool Whip. Place this mixture on top of cake. Keep refrigerated. You can also score the top of the cake frosting like cake slices and place a mandarin orange in the middle of each square.
