2 lb extra-lean ground beef
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup barbeque sauce- divided
1 egg
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup grated onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together using only 1/4 cup BBQ sauce together with hands. Form mixture into 8x4 loaf on prepared pan. slather top and sides with remaining BBQ sauce.


Bake uncovered in preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through.


Let meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
