4 T butter
1 c pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Add the nuts and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until browned. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate and stir until smooth. Serve warm over ice cream or cake squares.
