Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce Recipe

1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c bourbon
2 T brown sugar
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloins

Mustard Sauce:
2/3 c sour cream
2/3 c mayonnaise
2 T dry mustard
3-4 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Add tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve with mustard sauce.

Mustard Sauce
Combine all ingredients, cover, and chill.
