1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 large fresh tomato, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
1 c chopped onion
4 oz can green chiles
Grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg prepared polenta (in a roll) or cooked cornmeal mush

Directions:
Directions:
Brwon ground beef. Stir in 3/4 c water and taco seasoning. Add tomato, onion, and can chile (undrained). Cook 10 minutes. Slice polenta 1/2 inch thick and pan fry. On a large platter, arrange polenta slices (or mush). Top with the meat mixture and grated cheese. Serves 4
