1 box Betty Crocker super moist yellow cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on box
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cups in each of 24 regular size muffin cups. Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for cupcakes using water, oil and eggs adding cinnamon and vanilla. cool 10 minutes. Remove cakes from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely (about 30 minutes). Ice with maple flavored icing
 

Maple Flavored Frosting

1/3 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon maple flavoring

Directions:
In medium bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium low speed until combined. Gradually beat in milk and maple flavor on medium speed until fluffy. Pipe or spread frosting on cupcakes. Garnish with crumbled cooked bacon.
