Mix together in a large bowl:
1-16 oz container sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup onion chopped fine
1 Tbsp mince garlic
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery
½ tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
pepper to taste
Add a 2 lbs bag of slightly thawed shredded hashbrowns

Put into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350º then add to top 1½ cups slightly crushed corn flakes that have been mixed with 3 Tbsp butter. Bake another 15 minutes. This can be made the day before. If made the same day, thaw the hashbrowns almost completely or just figure extra baking time.
