1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
3 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
¾ butter softened
1 cup sugar
1½ tsp vanilla
3 eggs
½ pint whipping cream (1 cup)
1 Tbsp sugar
Chocolate curls

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare, bake & cool pie shell. Melt and cool chocolate. Cream butter and sugar; blend in chocolate and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each so chocolate mixture has the consistency of whipped cream. Spoon mixture into baked pie shell. Whip cream with 1 Tbsp sugar until stiff; spread over chocolate. Garnish with chocolate curls. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
