Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c yogurt
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 T butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno finely chopped
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 c heavy cream
2 T cornstarch
1/4 c chopped cilantro or parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large Ziploc bag the night before cooking, add yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger, salt, and whole chicken. Mix and mash well, and refrigerate overnight.
2. The next morning, scrape off a majority of the marinade and discard. You will have enough of the second sauce. Cube the chicken into 1-2 inch cubes.
3. In a crockpot, add the butter, garlic, and jalapeno. Put cubed chicken on top.
4. In a bowl, add the cumin, paprika, salt, tomato sauce, and cream. Pour over the chicken.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
6. Stir the cornstarch into one T water and add to the slow cooker. (Stir and pour quickly)
7. Cook 20 more minutes on high.
8. Serve with cilantro or parsley.
Great over white rice.
