1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped challis
1 cooked deboned chicken
pkg. of graded cheese
tostados, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°

Sautee onions in oil until clear. Add tomato juice, milk and chilies. Cook until cheese is melted. Add chopped fryer (salted and peppered to taste). Add to first mixture. Crush a package of tostados, layering alternately ending tostados on top. When cool, let set in refrigerator overnight. Cook at 400° until bubbly.
