Two (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
1 c shredded 4-blend Mexican cheese
1 packet ranch dip mix
1 pkg crisp-fried bacon bits
Apricot preserves, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened cream cheese, shredded Mexican cheeses, ranch dip mix, and 4 tablespoons of apricot preserves. Shape into a ball, or mold in a plastic-wrap-lined ring mold or loaf pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Unmold and turn out into a serving dish or plate. Top with apricot preserves and/or bacon as desired. Serve with Wheat Thins or crackers of choice.
