12 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1 c fine-chopped pecans
1 jar dried beef, chopped
4-5 green onions, chopped
Six 10-inch flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Spread a thin layer (1/4 of mixture) on four tortillas, then stack so that you have two layers of the creamy mixture between three tortillas. You’ll have two stacks. Place these on a plate and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into small rectangles or 1 inch squares. NOTE: May prepare a day ahead, and may substitute with low-fat cheese and sour cream. Brighten the appearance with grapes, strawberries and a sprig of thyme or basil leaf.
