2 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 T chopped garlic
1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
5 T lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 T red pepper flakes
3 T chopped parsley
1 c chopped fresh tomatoes (canned diced tomatoes may be used)
1/2 c white wine

Preheat oven to 375˚F. Combine all ingredients in an oven-proof sauté pan or baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
