1/2 lb thinly sliced deli pastrami
1/3 c chive and onion cream cheese spread
1/2 c roasted red peppers (from jar), drained, then cut into 3/4-inch-width strips
Fresh rosemary, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each pastrami slice with cream cheese spread. Top each with a roasted pepper piece on edge. Starting at roasted pepper edge, roll up tightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm, up to 24 hours. To serve, cut each roll into 3/4-inch-thick pieces. Secure each with fresh rosemary or cocktail toothpick.
