1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped walnuts

Glaze:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a bundt pan with no-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and beat into creamed mixture: mixture should be quite thick. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake 1 hour in prepared pan.

For glaze, mix all ingredients in saucepan. Cook 3 minutes, bringing to a boil.

Remove cake from oven and pour hot glaze over hot cake. Let set for 2 hours. Remove cake from pan.
