2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
5 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Take 1/3 c. flour mixture and add the cold water to make a paste that you set
aside. To the remaining flour mixture cut in 1 scant cup shortening until thoroughly blended. Add paste mixture until just mixed. Form into balls and they are ready to use. This dough also freezes well for later use.
