1 head of cabbage
5 tbs of flour
1 stick of butter
Milk
Salt
Black pepper
Tony Chacheres
Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage then empty pot by pouring into strainer
In pot, make a light roux using 5 tbs of flour and 1 stick of butter
Add back cabbage
Add salt, pepper, Tony's and cheddar cheese
Add milk enough to cover cabbage in pot
Bring to a boil then put on low and simmer for one hour or so
