Lots of peeled shrimp (1-2 lbs)
3 onions (wihite or yellow)
4 small garlic
1 celery
1 small bell pepper
1/2 cap of crab boil
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
1 bay leaf
parsley
6 tbs of flour
shrimp stock (if available)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make a dark roux with flour and butter (peanut butter color)
Add trinity and cook unit translucent and soft
Add shrimp stock to avoid burning
Once cooked add to large pot of shrimp stock
Add bay leaf, parsley, crab boil, garlic, salt pepper, and tony's
Bring to a boil and put on low heat and simmer for 2 hours
Add shrimp ten minutes before serving to avoid overcooking them
