1/4 stick of butter
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tsp liquid crab boil
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tsp Taragon
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb shrimp
1 pack of artichoke hearts

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan on medium heat add butter, olive oil, and crab boil. Blend well then stir in heavy whipping cream.

Add tarragon, white pepper and salt, and cook down to a nice sauce.

Add shrimp and artichoke hearts. Cook shrimp until pink about 5-10 minutes

Use a spoon to distribute the sauce onto pieces of French bread. Place bread in oven for 10 minutes on 350º brown and serve.
