Pack okra in a jar; add part of a hot pepper
garlic clove
1 tsp. dill seed or a sprig
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water

seal jars and water-bath for 10 minutes.

2 Quarts of okra, hot pepper to taste
2 qts. of okra
10 cloves of garlic
10 sprigs of dill
1 qts. vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup canning salt

Pack jars, seal & water bath for 10 minutes
