1 large head Napa Cabbage
1 bunch green onions
2 pkgs ramen (chicken flavor)
1/2 c sliced almonds
2 T sesame seeds
1/2 c oil (avocado or olive oil will work)
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sweet basil
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute crushed ramen noodles, sliced almonds and sesame seeds in a pan with a little oil until light brown. Slice the Napa cabbage into thin strips. Dice the green onions. Add the sauteed noodle mixture. Toss with dressing 30 min before serving.
Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, salt and pepper and the 2 pkgs of seasoning from ramen mix. Shake or stir till well mixed.
