4 center cut pork chips, bone in
1-10 oz can pineapple rings, drain & set juice aside for glaze
1 TB soy sauce
1 TB ketchup
3/4 TB brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice with all other ingredients and simmer on stove approx 5 min, till it has a syrup consistency. Let cool.
Heat grill to med- high after oiling the grates.
Cook pork chops on one side. After flipping over, brush glaze over the cooked side.
While cooking, grill pineapple slices on grill till nicely carmelized.
Let the second side cook and flip over onto serving plate.
Brush glaze over 2nd side and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve pork chops with the grilled pineapple.

These are the best tasting pork chops ever! Haven't tried them in the oven yet, but excellent on the grill! Cook only until 145 degrees internally or they can become dry.
