Dressing:
½ c oil
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp vinegar
dash of pepper

Salad:
¼ c sliced almonds
1½ Tbsp sugar
½ head of lettuce, torn
½ head romaine lettuce, torn
½ c celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
11 oz mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: combine ingredients and shake. Chill at least 1 hour.

Salad: cook and stir almonds and sugar in skillet over low heat until sugar is melted and nuts coated and browned. Cool and set aside. Combine both lettuces, celery, and onions; refrigerate covered. When ready to serve, pour dressing over lettuce mixture and add oranges. Sprinkle nuts over top just before serving.
