1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup hot sauce (more or less depending on your heat level)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Roll mixture into tablespoon - golf ball sized ball. Makes 20 - 24 meatballs.
Cook for 20-25 minutes. (Cook for 20 minutes and then put under the broiler for 5 minutes for added crispiness).
Drain meatballs on paper towels to remove excess grease.
