When growing batter:
2 c. flour (divided)
2 c. sugar (divided)
1 c. milk
1 c. oil

To make bread on day 10, add:
½ c. milk
¾ c. oil
1 box vanilla pudding (3-4 oz)
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
3 large eggs
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda

Day 1 - Do nothing
Day 2-5 - Squeeze bag
Day 6 - Add 1 c. each; flour, sugar, oil
Day 7-9 - Squeeze bag
Day 10 - Pour batter into bowl. Add 1 cup each; flour, sugar, and milk. Mix with WOODEN SPOON. Put 4 - 1 cup starter in ziploc bag. Give to a friend with these instructions, make all of the loaves, or freeze.

With remaining batter, add ingredients above. Pour batter into 2 well greased and sugared loaf pan. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 325º for 80 minutes.

Variations:
Add rasins

Substitute 4 well mashed bananas and reduce oil to ½ cup and milk to ¼ cup.

or add 1 cup applesauce and reduce oil to ½ cup.
