2 T. shortening
c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
c. milk
1 c. flour
tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly, add egg and beat well. Stir in All-Bran and milk. Let soak until most of the moisture is taken up. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Add to first mixture and stir only until flour disappears. Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full and bake at 400 about 30 minutes
