1 White butter-flavored cake mix

Filling:
2 c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. coconut
8 oz. drained crushed pineapple (optional)

Frosting:
1 ½ c. Cool Whip
1 c. of filling mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions making 2 - 8 inch layers. When cake is cool, split cakes to make 4 layers. Combine filling ingredients well. Chill. Reserve 1 c. of mixture for frosting. Spread remaining filler between layers of cake. Mix together ingredients for frosting and ice cake. Seal in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3 days.
