3-oz box instant vanilla pudding
1 large can pineapple chunks in syrup
1 large can mandarin oranges
3 large bananas

Directions:

Pour dry pudding into large mixing bowl. Drain fruit juices into dry pudding mix and blend well with a whisk. Cut banana slices into pudding and gently stir to coat, add the drained pineapple and oranges and stir. Chill and serve. Preparation time: five minutes.

When our children were very young, they loved the green Jello dessert made by our friend Jane Hopkins. One Thanksgiving Day, Aunt Mary Nell made this tropical fruit salad. After eating three servings, little Alissa piped up “This is gooder ‘n Jane’s." Jane is a member of Mary Stuart Chapter.
