1/2 c. Butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¾ c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
16-18 large marshmallows

Icing
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 ¾ c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; beat into creamed mixture.

Bake @ 350ºF 8 min.
Place half large marshmallow on top of cookie for last min.

Let cool. Ice cookies and serve! Optional: Pecan on top.
