2 pounds Fish Fillets
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Chopped Onions
3 cups Bread Crumbs, toasted
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 cup Grated Cheese
1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut fillets into serving size pieces, make sure it is dry.
2. Place in a shallow dish.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Cook onion with margarine until tender.
5. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, mustard, parsley.
6. Add onion/margarine mixture and then add cheese.
7. Toss lightly to cover fillets evenly.
8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
