Ingredients:  
8 medium red potatoes; steamed, cooled then cubed
5 hard cooked eggs; chopped/mashed
1½ cups mayonnaise
⅔ cup sour cream
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
3 tsp prepared mustard
2-3 stalks celery
salt & pepper to taste

In a large bowl combine potatoes & eggs. In a small bowl whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes & toss to coat. Cover & refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
