2 pounds 90/10 Ground Beef
1 - 14.5 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (I used with added Garlic)
1/2 can of water
1 - med sweet onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef along with chopped onion over medium heat until no longer pink!
2. Add the can of tomatoes along with water!
3. I use 4-5 Tbsp of my Seasoning.
4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat until simmer.
5. Let simmer until liquid reduces, 10-15 Minutes.
Taste periodically to add more season and maybe additional salt!

I freeze 1 pound of this Taco Meat for another meal!

One pound serves 3-4 or however many you want!
