15 ounce box Raisin Bran (7 cups)
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon salt
4 beaten eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 quart buttermilk
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bran, sugar, flour, soda, spices and salt in a large bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix well and store in refrigerator in covered container. Grease muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes in 400* oven. Will keep 4 weeks refrigerated if not consumed sooner. Just dip out what you want to cook. Mini muffin tins, cook 10 minutes at 375*.
