3/4 cup salted butter.....1 cup brown sugar.....1 large egg......1/4 cup molasses.....2 1/4 cup flour.....2 tsp baking soda....1 tsp cinnamon.....1 tsp ginger ....1/2 tsp cloves....1/4 tsp salt.....1/4 cup sugar for rolling the cookies in.....1 -2 cups white chocolate to melt and dip cookies...

Directions:
Set oven to 375.....Combine sugar and butter and cream until fluffy. Add the egg and beat until smooth. Whisk dry ingredients together and add to the butter/sugar mixture and combine. Use a medium cookie scoop and roll into a ball and then roll in the sugar. Bake 7-8 minutes. Cool and the dip inti the melted chocolate.
