8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
½ tsp pepper
½ cup flour
¼ cup oil
6 medium size re potatoes, unpeeled and sliced
1 (9oz) pkg frozen French Cut green beans, thawed and drained

Sweet Bacon Dressing

5 slices bacon
vegetable oil
⅔ cup balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
2½ Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground red pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with pepper and dredge in flour. Brown on both sides in hot oil in a heavy skillet; drain on paper towels and set aside.

Dressing

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon; reserve drippings. Add enough oil to dripping to measure ¼ cup. Crumble bacon and set aside. Combine drippings, vinegar, and remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake well. Add bacon.

Place potatoes and green beans in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Pour half of dressing over vegetables. Top with chicken halves and pour remaining dressing over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.¼
