½ tsp vanilla
6 oz chocolate chips
2 egg whites
¾ cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 400
Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add sugar ⅛ of a tsp at a time.
Beat until crystals disappear, don't over beat.
Add vanilla and mix for 2 minutes
Stir in chocolate chips
Drop by tsp onto foil lined cookie sheet
TURN OVEN OFF
Leave in oven for 2 hours
Remove from foil and enjoy
